A user guide would be nice. I understand the trial mode has a 5 minute time limitation, but where is the average HRV number being saved? I have an activity created in Garmin, but it only shows my heart rate data. Where we can access/view the HRV data?

Great app! Worth getting a good quality chest strap to avoid poor readings due to static. Only improvement I can think of is a more detailed user guide. Developer responsive and helpful.

Seems to work OK although it would be nice to be able to get a site which shows us what the data actually means...? If I start the app it may show my HRV=/- as 500+ or more, but I have no idea what this means. I'm used to the android app Elite HRV which may show my HRV as, say, 60.

Very detailed reporting.. Its great to have this kind of details for hrv on the garmin platform. Wish garmin would buy this and integrate to its apps

It monitors your heart for 5 minutes during which no comments or explanation is given and then it creates an activity which has no information other than the heart rate. How's this useful?

A must HAVE for serious athletes, being a NCAA D1 Runner and training over 10 hours a week recovery is vital to me. This allows me to get information that the base F5+ watch does not provide.

Ok, I've downloaded on my VA HR, went through 5 minute test. The activity is saved and visible, but there is no information apart from the regular Garmin one - hear rate, distance, etc.

after ending up in hospital last week after my HR dropped to low 30s, i started looking for something that would monitor my heart rate further as i've now been diagnosed with bigeminy and ventricular ectopics. Found this app, downloaded it and got it set up but had a few teething problems - only due to me being an idiot i hasten to add. I dropped Brian the Developer an email not really expecting to hear back but he got back to me within minutes and got me sorted out. Now i just have to stop watching my missing heartbeats and get on with some work. Brilliant app - worth well more than $3.

Provata per una notte intera sul mio Garmin 935 (8 ore / batteria consumata 12%). Sarebbe bello se l'app riuscisse a capire da sola ci sono delle anomalie e venire avvisati. I 've purchased this app thinking in something similar to the apple watch but the only thing I see is some -very technical- parameters, non explained. Only raw data that I cannot translate into a 'health message'

Wow this app just saved me a ton of money. I was thinking about upgrading to a Garmin 635 from my vivoactive so I could gain access to HRV stats to understand my training load. With this app installed on my Vivoactive 3 I can do a test each morning and know exactly how I am doing with my training. I had a few questions for the developer, he answered them same day. I bought his whole package of apps.
