Shows your time on the flying 30 meters by using your average speed over your fastest 30 meters of each lap. Needs great GPS or an even greater footpod for reliable results. Records your best time on each lap as well as for the whole session to Garmin Connect. I recommend marking a 30 meter stretch on the track as usual but just running any length intervals will also give you results that may or may not be useful.
