InstaHiiT SE is a High Intensity Interval Training app.
It was created to support the newest generation of Garmin Watches with bigger round and square screens. 
Discover your Heart Rate metrics in Color Coded HR Zones based on your Garmin Profile.
Specially designed to keep your gym, tabata, intervals or crossfit workouts intense.

METRICS:
Current Heart Rate and Intensity Percentage %.
Peak - Highest HR measured during the workout and corresponding Intensity Percentage %.
Max - Your Maximum HR as defined in your Garmin User Profile*
Colored HR Zones - Your HR Zones as defined in you Garmin User Profile*
IMin - Intense Minutes is the sum of the total amount of time spent on Zone3(Green), Zone4(Orange) and Zone5(Red).
Avg - Average HR during the workout session.

*Customize your Garmin User Profile and HR Zones from the Garmin Connect App  Device  User Settings  Heart Rate Zones.

HR GRAPH:
Shows a time dynamic HR graphic during the workout. 
As your workout progress the graph will be updated as fast as every 5 secs (configurable) showing your actual HR during the workout. 
X-axis will show reference points of 15 minutes intervals. 
The white arrow at the upper right hand of the graph indicates the location of the most recent HR measurements.
The graph period of time and type can be configured.

ACTIONS:
Up-Down Buttons or Swipe:
  Toggles the HR Color Coded Values showing your HR Zone Limits or minutes spent in each zone during workout. 
  Toggles between IMin (Intensity Minutes) and Avg (Average HR) metrics.
Lap Button or Menu Button (Long Press in VivoActive3):
  Reset or Start/Stop (configurable) rest timer. 

OPTIONS:
Vibration:
  Allows vibration while changing HR Zones during workout. T
  Two consecutive vibrations and you are transitioning to a higher HR Zone.
  One vibration and you are transitioning into a lower HR Zone.
  One long vibration and your are in Red HR Zone.
Batt/Temp: 
 Shows Battery Status field 
 Watch Temperature field. (if supported by your device.)
 Note:  The Temperature perceived by your device is not the atmospheric temperature and its affected by your body and internal circuits.  
ZMin Decimal:
 Shows Intensity Minutes Zones as a rounded integer or a more precise one decimal number. 
 Example: 45 seconds as integer will be shown as 1 Minute, but as a decimal number will be shown as 0.8 Minute.
