Terrible app can't even sync a single playlist. Keep getting sync failed message. Disgusting and frustrating. Fix it soon.

Amazon playlists won't download. Pretty frustrating. If your app says it supports amazon music, then figure it out.

Can now listen to podcasts with Amazon Prime but can’t get them to sync to my watch (Venu). Now I have to carry my phone on a walk, and the whole point was to not have to have my phone with me.

Constant sync issues. I have managed to get a couple of playlists on but I can't add more now as syncing just fails. Cannot find a solution anywhere.

“Music Sync Failed” every time when I try to Update the app from my watch. It’s worst integration and no possible solutions available on internet. This defeats the purpose of purchasing Garmin devices with music feature. Total waste.

the app looks good but it is absolutely unable to synchronize with the user account and keeps trying until the battery goes completely down. No way to load any song from my account.

Syncs always failing, tedious retrying of syncs slowly gets playlists downloaded 6-7 tracks per sync. Please fix, unusable.

Horrible UI, and unable to sync podcasts, or even individual song tracks from "my music".

Poor integration with the watch Adding a playlist to the watch is way too complicated. It should be a one tap click but it is not. The watch is Always failing to connect to internet. Garmin need to step up and improve their UX if they want to compete.

最初はPrime会員なのになぜかUnlimitedに登録しろと出て楽曲のダウンロードができませんでしたが、海外Amazonのアカウントに設定しているメールアドレスを別のものに変えて再度ログインをしてみたら無事ダウンロードができました。 Unlimitedに加入してなくてもPrime会員で利用ができます。

Works beautifully. Make sure the sync process completes without interruption, otherwise it may get stuck during playback
