Troubleshooting
If you can't see a note on your watch when you click "SEND" on the phone, I suggest that you open the Garmin Connect app, sync the devices, and let it run in background. Then open Color Notes on your phone and on your watch and try again. The message is ultimately sent by the Garmin Connect app (it makes the bridge), and it may be that the operational system on your phone is killing the Garmin Connect app when it isn't active.
