• The program is a 3 day/week schedule but if you feel you're tired then listen to your body and take extra rest!
Once a week there's an interval session, it contains 3 training types:
* warmup/cooldown: easy jog, loosen your limbs... after cooldown consider stretching... 
* slow: easy jog or walk
* fast: not too fast!!!! run faster than your slow section. it's important to be able to run as fast at the beginning of the first interval as at the end of the last interval. if you have to slow down you're doing your intervals too fast. 

(This training program expects that you can run 35 minutes - if not go for the start to run 5k app first!)

(I have nothing to do with the organisation that developed Start To Run schedule, but I'm a huge fan of the schedule as it really worked for me, so I've created this connect iq app in the hope that it'll also work for you!)
