Works as described. Great to be able to access weather from my PWS. Thank you for this! Had trouble finding where to get the API key on the WU site because in the mobile page the tabs aren't evident. Had to switch to desktop mode to see the API tab. Note that the API key is not the same as your PWS key, it's a 32 character long string.

I have a weather station connected to WU, and this app allows me to easily check the current outdoor temperature when I’m getting ready to go out. It only takes two button presses on my watch to see the widget, and I no longer need to get out my phone, unlock it, load the right app, etc. The update frequency and reliability are great. Thanks for a great app.

That means it doesn't know your location. On a 5 button device, long press the middle left button, or on a 2 button device, long press the lower button. You'll then get a menu. Then select "Get Current Location" (make sure you are where you can get GPS). This will start up GPS and get your location.

Have a Ambient weather station, so the set up was easy. Outstanding application to see my weather real time. Great layout and easy to configure. Live in a severe fire prone area and access to real time data is great.

Great app however wish for unit options for wind speed appears to be in kmph vs mph and mismatches my station.

F or C is based on the setting for Units,Temperature Units on the watch itself. Check the manual for your your watch to find where that is, as it does vary by watch. After you change the setting, it will take effect the next time data is request, which by default, could be 15 minutes.

And when you are in full screen mode, you can go to the menu and get the weather at the nearest PWS to your current location and later switch back to your home location.

Finally found an accurate weather widget! Yes it’s from my PWS but works Great knowing wherever I am I can see conditions at my Home! Followed instructions and installation went perfect! Thanks for this Widget!!!

When in full screen, pressing "menu" shows a menu where you can get your current location and the weather there. Other options there allow you to switch back to your home location. So it's not just limited to your own PWS!

I just set up a PWS last week and was hoping that there was garmin widget that would allow me to get the data on my watch. Easy to set up (if you can read). The layout is clear and useful. Just a suggestion for a future upgrade...it would be nice to be able to customize the data points on each screen. Great widget and thanks for creating and maintaining it!

That would get a bit tricky, as some I place on what fits where it is. The Instinct2 was a bit tricky, and had to reorder things in that case.

Great app, works well, but It's not very configurable. Wind speed is displayed in km/h and it can not be changed. In Sweden wind is messured m/s.

What instructions? It says follow the instructions and enter my weather station ID number. WHERE? The one and only instruction is "download" and then "accept conditions" other than that there are zero instructions on this ap. And now I can't get rid of it

You enter your API KEY from WU (32 characters), not your weather station number. It's found under profile, member settings, API Key, then you set it using app settings for the widget. https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/w/wiki/14/changing-connect-iq-app-settings

Broken in what way? Use contact developer. And with uninstall, try GCM or GE if you are using the Connect IQ app, as this has nothing to do with the app itself.
