It was better old version vithout user name and passwort and with manual fitness signature updates. I stop to use it.

It really helps me controlling to going slow in base training, specifically If I want to train using my fat reserves for century rides. However I doubt if the numbers shown are correct. I ride with 2 power meters Garmin Vector 2 and Garmin Vector 3s. Power indication on my Garmin Edge appears to be the same but this connect IQ apps seems to double all values with the Vector 3s (Single side, which needs to be doubled but it seems to quadruple)

It counts as if all kJ/calories measured are all fat and ALSO (which is impossible) are all carbs. When you do: (fat gr x 9kJ/cal)+(carb gr x 4Kcal/kJ)= the result will not match with the amout of kJ you burned...and it's double...

Absolutely useful option, and honestly, I use it to help me with my 'Polarized' Training. Everyone knows how to go hard - it's going EASY that takes "work". this little gadget uses known metrics to help you understand just what is going on, gram-wise, between your power output and your stored energy systems. For Base training and Ultra-Marathon cycling, this is a MUST-HAVE.
