Like other reviewers I wish there was an edit feature to end the time and also see a history. For people who intermittent fasting regularly it would be great to be able to plan fasts ahead of time, adjust the end time and see a history.
Would be great to have have the opportunity to change the end time. For example, if you miss to end the fast you have no way to adjusting the end time. For that reason only 3 star.
Good app to track the fasting.
Question - there is no place to see the progress/history on the connect IQ app or site?
Suggestion - please add an edit option for stop timer too.
Very good app!
All I need to help me stay on track with fasting.

To see historical records, press and hold up and scroll through the menu to find Records.
Not the most intuitive to use at first, but once you figure out how to navigate it, it's the best IF widget for me as it is simple and does all I need it to. I would highly recommend it.
My only recommendation for improvement would be the ability to change or delete historical records. At present, you can only adjust the start/stop time for the current fast, and only delete the previous record.
I have not figured out how to look at historical data..and unable to see my progress. the app is so limited and maybe is, for now, just a glorified timer.

Looks good, but i can’t modify starting hour on my Vivoactif 3 music. The app’s behaving weird.
Please explain what is fasting treshold
At first when I installed the app I didn't understand how to use it! That's because I'm used to intermittent fasting every day, and so I was expecting this app to allow me to set a constant, regular daily intermittent fast cycle until I chose to end it. However, it doesn't work like that, I have to Stop and Start the App every day. That doesn't make sense to me, especially if I'm out walking and my Walking App is recording on my watch, and I need to start the app during my walk, it's not possible. I have to wait until I've finished my walk and then remember to start the Intermittent Fasting App Timer, *adjusting* the Start Time (since I was unable to start the timer during my walk). If this could be accomodated, it'd be *perfect*!
Very useful and straightforward, but I dislike having to interact with it so frequently. I know I won't keep up the habit for longer than a month, I guess the percentage of long-term users also might be low. I would like a setting to automatically start and end the fasting period. Then I could just adjust whenever necessary and still be able to glance at the progress.
Simple and easy and useful and just Perfect! Thanks!
Love it on my phoenix watch . Please add support for instinct watches.
Good job mate... finally a fasting tracker and a very good and simple one
How do I get full version.
Love this so far! Used it for two weeks and it’s so nice to just let my watch be the one keeping track of when I should eat.
Improvements could be to unify the process for adjusting start and end times. Sometimes I forget both to initiate a fast and end it. But I adjust this in different ways as of now.
What an excellent little watch-app for intermittent fasting! I use it daily and keep it a glance away. Easy to use. You can correct fasting start times. All you need in one purpose-built app.
Great app, for those who know what fasting really is. You can adjust start and stop, delete some wrong timer pressed, has a fasting mode, notifications and many options more. 5*, enjoy.
it should be possible to reset the counters.
And French language ;))
All you need from fasting timer on your watches - you’ll find here. Wish it could be placed as a field on main clocks screen.
Thank you for your app!
It’s not possible on my forerunner 735xt to set a fast time if I forget to start it. It allows me to add the correct time and date but then it doesn’t save it. Just goes to the garmin IQ screen with an exclamation mark.
Hi Lucy, sounds like you're hitting your device's memory limit when saving the edit. I'll have a look to see if there's anything that can be done. Newer builds in newer Connect IQ versions are a bit more memory hungry on certain operations.
Simple and easy to use, this has literally changed my life! It tracks fasts for me and reminds me when I've met my goal or when it's time to start fasting again.

The idea of this app is simple. The design is also simple but the use of it is not there. The biggest mistake in this app is that it starts fasts on it's own without even telling you, but then continues counting fasting hours until you manually stop it. The result is - of cause - that your counting is wrong 90%of the time. I'm deleting the app and hope to see a change to motivate me to come back.
Please, make the app ask you if you are ready to start a fast and also make it ask you if you want to stop it when you reach your goal. It should not be complicated to use a fasting app. After all it's nothing but a timer...
