Used to work faithfully, but recently I more often than not get no reading. I usually use it while still in bed resting, so no movement is happening. Not sure what's going on.

Hi. Thanks for the review - please contact me directly on issues so I can help. In this case message I put in the app description explains situation. Garmin have broken the ability to get interval data from the optical sensor. I am hoping they fix this and I will do an update. Regards david

So far the only widget for HRV. I really miss a detailed built-in stats of HRV in my Connect app without using of strap. Thank you for your work! One thing to improve, with the witget I cannot scroll through all the other witgets anymore. When I reach the HRV witget, it starts recording immediately and the next press of up/down shows sub-screns of the witget. One-three second delay would be enough.

This a cool widget, will take quite a while to understand everything in it. Had been wondering how “Body Battery” worked, found it utilizes HRV, but no Garmin direct widget. This has it, and a lot more!!

Hi Stuart, When you select a glance the widget is executed and hence the test starts immediately. If you let the timer run down there should be some notice of this either a noise or vibration before it switches to the results/trend screen. Due to a limitation of widgets you have to exit before you can run another test. Hitting the start key once the widget is loaded will cancel the test and show the page you describe. I assume you are using an HRM strap? If you that doesn't help please just email me. Regards, David
