Very useful addition to the 920XT. Might be useful to have the option of a fixed display (6 or 8 digit) rather than alternating - but that's being picky! It means the triathlon watch can be a backup nav aid on my hikes (and runs) now.

Thanks for adding this. it was nice to be able to get a UK grid on the 310XT, really surprised Garmin missed it off the fenix. Essential data if you're lost or need to let mountain rescue know where you are.

I'm hugely grateful that you've written this. Having an OS grid reference to correlate with a paper map is terribly useful in the UK, when hiking especially. And displaying the last known location if GPS lock is lost (and clearly showing that) is a big improvement on the built-in "Where Am I?" feature which does not show the location at all without GPS lock. (In fact the 920XT is currently pretty poor at explaining whether it has a GPS fix and what quality at all, so your display of that information is handy even without the coordinates.) (Now as I understand it, if only Garmin would support persistLocation() on the 920XT, we could also have something that actually allows one to save a new waypoint for some location other than where one is already standing! And optionally in OS grid format, using your nice conversions.)
