**How to set weather and city language**
The appid accept 3 types
1) set an openweather map api , in this case , use openweather map api which only support english
2) set to "Default_API" in this case use my api , and use the default font which only have english characters
3)set to "language_code,font,y_offset" , for example "fr-LU,0,-2" (without quotation) , in this case use my api and a system font
        language_code:must be 5 charachers , like en-US , zh-CN ……
        font: a number can be 0,1,2,3,4
        y_offset: a number negative:move up, positive: move down
