Not sure why but there's absolutely no information about rain on my app on my watch. We just had a cold front push through with rain showers and heavy rain for the past hour and it just said no rain expected.

Hi Todd! Thanks for reaching out! Please use the Contact Developer form for support and assistance, as you already did. I couldn't answer directly as I was asleep, timezones and such ;). I'm doing my very best to answer within 24hours. Anyway, rain predictions can be off sometimes, as it are always predictions. Forecasts might also be a bit different on multiple weather sources. I'm using Apple Weather to gather the data. Do you have an iOS device near you to check the hourly predictions there?
