Had the app for about a month and noticed the heart rate reading would freeze after about 5 minutes, thus all of the information was inaccurate. I emailed the developer and he responded in a few days. Ultimately he discovered the problem, created and update and let me know when it was ready. I updated my app and it's worked great since.

Does not work at all. Display on me Venu freezes after 5 min. (Need to exit the app and restart, and freezes again)

Was working well, now only says 'waiting' with a heart rate of 0 (the watch is registering heart rate fine). Also keeps cycling the menu if trying to use a watch button to go back. Very disappointing!

I have been using this for 6 months now and love the app but after the recent update on my Venu 2, it’s doesn’t work. The calories remains zero after doing a workout. Complete disaster! Please can you fix this?
