So bad, It was connected after scanning the barcode on my venu sq music. But the playlist couldnt sync, even for 2 songs. I repeated downloading the playlist with no result. Problem connecting with joox keep showing. Somebody in Garmin please fix this

Already update the apps. After scan barcode on my Garmin watch, nothing happens when I click 'confirm login' on Joox website. Not work with Spotify as well. Haven't tried Garmin Express yet. So disappointed to have Venu Sq Music WITHOUT Music :(

Frist time login, user must buy the actual package of JOOX music as customer. Than you can scan the QR code and open the JOOX account, or re-download the JOOX & registration process again. You will find out JOOX music is good.
