Looks quite good. But I suggest you change "IV" to "IIII" as other traditional watch makers do to make the appearance better.

Good - like it because of roman 4 (IV). Here are my following suggestions to make it great or excellent: 1) Shape the hands as a classical old watch - pointed tips and half moon at the other end. 2) Move the date besides 3 (with Month and Date). Donot replace 3, move it between center and roman 3. 3) Do not display the seconds for secondary time zone. It stops when not moved or raised, same as no seconds hand shows when not moved or raised.
