Best face since sampling a dozen others. Surprisingly easy to read and shows well when face is dark. Wish I could choose icon colors (red = heart rate), but not essential. Weather setup was just fine.

Love the look and design but thebweather wont stay connected no matter how many times i have tried to follow the steps. It only works when i uninstall and reinstall and then i have to reset all the settings so not worth imo. Other faces dont have this issue.

Not bad WF, but weather and city name don't update. You have to README - SETUP STEPS all the time to get current city name weather! No reply to my email.

Not true. FALSE INFORMATION FROM THE REVIEWER. You just need to have garmin s connect app running on your phone to get updates every 30mins whit BT connected between your phone and watch. I also replied to the provided email address. Please update your bad review and provide a valid email next time if you need some support.

Great watch face but it always say that i doesnt have gps signal and i cant see the weather. I cant change the color and the different informations on the screen. Please help me i want to use this

I am quite new to the Garmin Fenix 6 community (meaning: I'm still learning the watch). I paid for this watch face because I love the clean aesthetic. Everything works like a charm. The instructions are very clear on properly setting up weather and customizing the lower data fields (which there are a total of six). Great design - form and function!

Just okay since the weather is not updating after a while - a while I mean like a few hours it works then it stopps and doesn't work no matter what I do, only when I re-install the watch face then it works. And yes I tried everything mentioned from the developer here in the comments, the connect app is running in the background, it does not sleep, battery saver is disabled, gps is active and location is found, still nothing. Seems like some kind of bug that has not yet been identified.

Once the setup steps are completed, you don’t need your gps to be active. Watch faces can’t access the gps location but can use activity history to do so. I have other users that reported that running both garmin’s app “Connect” and “Connect IQ” was creating issues to get weather updates. Only letting “Connect” running in the background resolved it. Also, the face will update the weather every 30 mins if you connection with your phone is active ( AND “Connect” is running ). If your BT connection disconnect, then no updates will happen. IOS 13 also added some new problem so you need to follow garmin’s blog to resolves those issues here: https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-mobile-ios/193204/attn-ios-users-with-issues-after-updating-to-ios-13. Again, those issues are not directly cause by my code but by Garmin ecosystem. Running other faces that fecth data will behave the same.

Enjoy the watchface on fenix 5 plus, but i got some questions. 1. When the phone is restart, do we need to repeat the instruction to get weather function? 2. Can u tell me what source for weather?

You only need to run an activity if you need a new location for your weather. Running Garmin Connect app on your phone is needed to allow the face to fetch weather updates. If you don’t, then no updates. The source of the weather might change with update depending on feature, availability and price. I’m currently testing the cost of one with the current version. The source is not advertised for now. Cheers

Very nice looking watch face. Unfortunate that so many key features are locked behind a pay wall. With that being said, probably one of the best looking faces I have seen.

PS: Third party devs are not working for garmin and use donation to buy test devices and pay for other services like weather servers etc.

Great watch face! Would be 5 stars...sunrise/sunset doesn’t show times just the icon and weather doesn’t update regularly. Weather doesn’t match widget weather ?
