Hi Steinar! We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our app. However all of our users, regardless if they are premium or not, can sync a pass. If you are only syncing our "Upgrade to premium" pass, please check that your pass is in the Active Pass list and that it is not expired. While it is true, this situation is described in the app description, we understand that it can be tricky to find it. I love it! I had to take a flight and it worked like a charm! I've been needing this app for my Garmin watch for a long time, and now we finally have it! Definitely 5 stars. Great job!

A really good little watch app which will save me loads of time.
From gym barriers (when they re-open), to supermarket/petrol station loyalty cards and various other IDs which I NEVER remember to take out with me. Both the Android app and the watch app each have their own uses and I'm now a fully paid premium supporter.
Initially there were some issues with my watch and the latest Garmin software combination, but the team were amazingly quick to respond, and worked to fix the bug with amazing efficiency. The latest version is rock stable.
All in all, great little app and a fantastic team behind it for support.

(descent mk2) I really like this app, worth the premium fee!
In corona times if I want to go to the gym, I need a one-time qr-pass to enter (Basic-fit). I can create a qr-code with the code provided in the e-mail, or simply use the camera app to 'copy' the qr code from the e-mail and leave the phone at home.
- I would love to be able to copy/paste the qr image, (how is that different from taking a camera snap?) and have it converted to qr-code, instead of having to take a picture of the qr-code on my tablet with my phone... seems a bit of work, just to be able to leave my phone at home.
- This app is now in the 'activities' list, shouldn't it be an 'app'? (long press light button). like weather / sun up/down / timers etc.

Hello Eize! We're delighted that you are using our App, and having such positive users like you, gives us a lot of strength to keep on developing! Concerning your questions, PassHolder can use an image, too. If you have an email, try to open the attached file or a screenshot with PassHolder. (Some phones have default apps for pictures and not ask for another app to open them; maybe that is why you don't see PassHolder as a suggestion). However, taking a picture or open an image is the same process for the App (actually, once the picture is taken is sent to the image processor module). About the Garmin Apps, they're all treated as Activities; we're currently developing a Widget (long press light ones, like the sun up/down) for those watches, like yours, that can run them. But, as we want to deploy for the most number of devices, we decided to develop the App first (as it works for all devices) and then make a special one for those devices that can run Widgets, as it is more convenient. (Note that our Garmin IQ answer is more extense, as it is not restricted to 350 characters. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected], as we have no limit :D . Moreover, we are developing an FAQ section on our web page that we expect to be ready as soon as possible)

Doesn't really work for me -- in the free version I tried to see if it's useful, after adding one (single) barcode to the Android companion app and syncing it to my fenix 6 Pro, all I could see on Garmin was the default QR code asking me to go to the pass-holder website to buy the licence.
I mean, really? So I can't even see the *single* "pass" to decide if I like the app?
I don't like it really. Removing.

Hello Will, we are sorry to hear that the app did not satisfy your expectations. But due that you are receiving the "Upgrade to premium" pass, the app is successfully connecting with your device and synchronizing the PassList. However, non-Premium users can synchronize only one pass with their wearables. Thus your app should be synchronizing the first pass in your list plus the "Upgrade to premium" pass. If you are just synchronizing the "Upgrade to premium," it might be due that your "Active" tag list is empty (While your Pkpass is in the "Stored" tag).
