Thanks for your review. To import a GPX file, use the button LOAD or click on the bar under SOURCE. Remark: use the companion app indicated on this page (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.connectiq.r485.mapsr485companion1). It's the most up-to-date version.

First time I write a review - simply what I have been looking for for my VivoHR for a very long time. Bought the upgrade instantly. The plotted route works well and is easy to follow - if you use Strava route planner and using their 'follow / stick to roads' feature, the Route Data Field will simply just connect the points where you have to turn. At first I found this a bit disturbing, sometimes I got far away from the line. But then I found it quite useful at last - you ONLY have to turn when the line breaks right or left. I guess other planning tools will make fix points for every bend on the road and not just the turns, so I will do some experimentation. I would suggest: Heading (N/S/E/W), distance remaining? Thank you :-)

Really useful - however, there needs to be an option to 'track up' rather than just facing north as it can be disorientating!
