It is streets ahead of any competing apps at present including the Trainingpeaks app. This amazes me as I am one person with a day job (not as a software engineer). I await with interest TPs intent to bring out an updated app. In the meantime - what do you think Ben?</p><p></p><p>It is targeted at improving athletes who train in a structured way. There are many options to enable you to create and use workouts. One is to receive a workout from the Today's Plan website with the hard work already done. You can also build your own workouts using a simple workout syntax. See the simple example below. You can choose to use popular bases for your workout zones with metrics such as heart rate, power, pace or speed. Examples would be those of Joe Friel, Jim Vance, Matt Fitzgerald and Stryd.</p>
