As soon as I add my personal info it will no longer show the widget correctly. I can only see the IQ-symbol and a question mark. Re-installation is not helping either.(Vívofit HR)

I assume you are referring to the Vivoactive HR, as Vivofit does not support Connect IQ apps. The IQ-logo with an exclamation mark indicates an error in the app. When firmware is updated (not necessarily for your device type), Garmin also auto-updates most apps. Since the last auto-update of 13 May 2020 I see new errors in several apps. Most likely, this means that it does not work with older firmware anymore, so you have to update the firmware on your device.

Working fine on my Garmin Venu ... quick question for the developer - some of the text fields “scroll” even though they’re not longer than the display area. Any way to disable that? It’s kind of disconcerting with two of the fields bouncing back and forth. Thanks!

Great app. Have it on my 520 plus. Would like to see this info automatically display on devices that have incident detection activated. This would make it easier to find in case of an accident.

Loved this app on the 3HR so I can't wait for it to come to the Fenix 6 So useful when your at a race registration and you need to fill out the emergency contact number on the back of your race number and you don't have your phone with you to check it. Hope we don't have to wait too much longer :-D

Sorry to hear, but the widget has not been updated since mid-May, so that cannot be the problem. Perhaps an update of the Garmin Connect app or the firmware? It may help to reset the watch (for most watches, keep the POWER button pressed for half a minute). If that does not help, contact me using the Contact Developer link, and provide more details (i.e. which device, what phone).
