A fixed layout that allows 7 data fields to be displayed in one screen. It is recommended to use this data field in a "one-field layout". Otherwise it won't look nice.</p><p></p><p>For most available fields (check below), you can set a target, and the color of the border will show you how close you are to the target.</p><p></p><p>e.g. If you choose:</p><p>- Target speed = 13.0 km/h</p><p>- Tolerance = 0.2 km/h</p>

Thanks for your review. You can use the data field without the running dynamics pod. You only need it to see data like vertical oscillation, ground contact time, etc. By the way, did you know that there's a button "contact developer" on this page? It's much nicer to use it in order to make questions than writing a review. Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for your review. We're very glad you like the app. Indeed you need an external sensor to get power measurements. Garmin didn't make their "running power" available for third-party developers (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/741afa11-0250-48e2-86b5-14bd47e29391).

I like this data field. The information is clear. I really like the color setup. You see everyhing nice while running. It has also a feature for connecting too your running pod. To get extra data information while running.

Great app. Last year I got a knee injury and had to change my running style. As part of this I needed a way go set targets on cadence, stride length, speed and left/right balance and be able to easily monitor on my Garmin 735XT. I purchased this app and I have been using it since August 2018. I have been very pleased and it fulfills all my requirements.I use this as my main screen when I'm running because of the easy way to see if I'm within my target on the different parameters I monitor. Thanks to the developer for a great product.

Really nice app. I especially like the option to add running dynamics fields. I'm working on chancing my running style and as part this the app is brilliant. I can add exactly the fields I need. If it was possible to change background to white I would add the last star. I have purchased the full version. Payment and unlocking went smoothly and I haven't regretted the purchase. Thumbs up to the developers.

Good Datafield but has room for further improvement. Please add an option for white background and for smaller/thinner colored border. At the moment it looks a bit too colorful for me.
