Downloaded the app recently knowing it would take some time to figure out. Things I learned that may help. 1st, when entering your username into the garmin app, it is probably your phone number. It must be entered as +1555555555(fill in your phone number. The plus sign and the 1. I believe this is the way August has you in their profile. Once you have the username and password in the app will connect and will send you either a text or an email with the verification code. Put that code in quickly as it deactivates quickly. If need do a reset settings per the instructions and get a new code. After a few tries it should work. I also found you have to load your phone garmin connect app, the "phone disconnected" error code will display if you don't Hope this helps.

Two factor auth failed (there is no 2 code sent) .wth. Want a refund sorry. Its just not working.

Unfortunally It is not working with August locker pro 3gn, app shows that two factor auth failed or password incorrect. But I am sure that was fine.

Although I am perfectly aware of how hard integrating August products are...This has been a complete waste of money and time. Hit a wall when it says password incorrect but it is not.
To many issues to even list hear. Makes HomeASST look easy
