Hi Kyungyong Lee, the "kC" field refers to the kilo Calories consumed by the cyclist in training. Regarding W' balance it is a metric that represents the remaining percentage of your ability to be above your anaerobic threshold. The best thing is that you inform yourself on the internet about this parameter to know what value to indicate to the application. You can search for "w' balance" or something like "FRC". Very nice ! Does power levels only relies on the FTP set on Garmin connect or directly on FTP param of the app on connect iq ? Cause my power zones are set in the Garmin edge syncing from WKO5. And It seems that app does not take into account those zones set in Garmin edge. Can you confirm ? Thanks

Hi Julien, Garmin does not expose the FTP data so you must enter it in the application in the configuration (Express or Connect); it is a limitation by Garmin, possibly by license with Training Peaks. Regarding the zones, you have two options: -If you don't touch anything, Coogan's zones are applied. -You can fill in the fields of the five zones in the configuration to have personalized zones. Hi, POWERMARO simply takes the data from the Garmin device, if nothing appears is that there is nothing on the device. Possibly you have not configured the sending of data from Shimano Di2. On the earlier models you had to have D-fly for this, on the current models I don't know but I imagine you will have to pair them somehow.
