Display Swim Data. Provides all the data I want to see including REST TIME HR Recovery -vs- MAX HR during the INTERVAL. Also writes to the FIT file so it shows up in Garmin Connect. Great to track swim "stress" during Intervals, and to time your rests between intervals (HR recovery or Resting HR level). This can be assigned to a full screen for more info, or to one of the many fields in a multi-field screen (showing only basic info).</p>
