We improved the screen time and brightness.

Venu 2S: gesture to turn display on stops working upon launching the app once and exiting as if it still runs in the background, overriding the gesture like it does when the app js actually in the foreground. Have to restart the watch for the gesture to start working again.

Would love to see the Torch app function at its brightest regardless of the watch brightness settings. Also, it would be great if the Torch app stayed on despite the watch display timeout settings. Would prefer to have to shut it off manually.

Can you put some setting options for the torch mode brightness? For normal operation (non torch mode), it should go as per the watch brightness setting to conserve battery.

It is synced with the brightness of the watch. So it is useless in most cases, because you have to set the brightness of your watch to the highest level first.

I wish this was brighter, or at least had an option to make it brighter. I live rural, so no houses or street lights, and it doesn't do much in pitch black situations, which I often find myself in. Not much brighter than my screen

For anyone asking the developer to turn up the brightness, that would be great but Garmin doesn't allow it. Brightness and light detection controls are not available for Connect IQ Apps, is a Garmin design. I have always hated this way of doing, Deliberately not allowing the improvement of something for fear of not selling another product ... (like Fenix 7).

Nice and simple, but options to set the brightness and to choose red light would make it much better and I would pay for it

It seems like the screen brightness isn't automatically and temporarily set to maximum when the flashlight is on. In a dark room, the screen brightness is the lowest but that shouldn't be the case when it comes to the light

Agree with Morgan! Lauching the app should start with the light ON and luminosity at 100%, even if I set luminosity to auto.
