Hi Maarten, I tested with a black background. In all my designs I'm trying to carefully balance colours and put my personal style into it. After testing I came to the conclusion that it's too far from that. Sorry about that. Thanks for the feedback though!

An elegant, easily readable design. In a lighted room, easy to read even without the backlight on. Very, very ice attention to detail. (The €1.06 customization is well worth it! - It adds the “light blue” background (what is shown in the picture) to just dark blue, as well as adds the date box). The date box appears to be 3-dimensional; the hands appear to have luminescent cores. With a leather strap, my watch appears to be a high-end dress watch.

Nice, clean simple watch face. My go to watch face. The larger font with a recent update is very nice. The developer is very responsive to requests and suggestions. Couldn't ask for anything more.
