According to Physiological Responses to Acute Exercise-Heat Stress by Sawka and Wenger, during physical exercise, heat production can increase by 10-20 times[1]. Also, in the same paper, Sawka and Wenger note that less than 30% of the heat generated is converted to mechanical energy and the rest must be transferred outside the body.[1] The body does this using the blood to transfer the heat to the skin.</p>

What is this actually doing? I see it in yoga and it shows as one temp regardless of my change to my base starting point. But it doesn't show outside of that app. Would love to see how I'm affected by different temps and running condition or if I, god forbid, try hot yoga, or each time I get a hot flash.

O consumo da bateria do meu Garmin aumentou muito. Mesmo após desinstalar este aplicativo e mais outros dois a vida util da bateria agora não dura mais do que 1h. Praticamente perdi meu Forerunner 935. A conclusão que cheguei é que não vale a pena instalar nenhum aplicativo, pois praticamente todos afetam a bateria do dispositivo. A Garmin deveria exigir maior proteção para todos nós.

Trust the reviews, this is garbage. Hundreds of awful reviews with no response or updates from Garmin... Zero documentation and incredibly frustrating experience adding the field to my activity then trying to review the data from this app in Connect only to find out it's apparently impossible to surface it. Reviews suggest the data is just HR in units of C, anyway.

Funziona perfettamente come campo dati nel mio Garmin First Avenger. Prima della corsa ho 36,8 C° e segna persino i decimali! Sarà interessante notare le variazioni in base alle varie stagioni e performance fisiche.
