This is the minimal Version of the 80/20 Run Zones data field to provide legacy support for older watches with limited memory size like Fenix 3, Forerunner 920Xt, ... This will only record and show your 80/20 heart rate zones and intensity. Individual lactate threshold heartrate can be set for running and cycling. The data field will automatically choose the LTHR from the current type of activity. Note that this requires you to set an individual heartrate for cycling in you watch user setting as well (although this is not relevant for calculating the 80/20 zones!).
