Great data field! good job. To all users wanting to use of %HRMax instead of %HRR , just set resting HR to zero (and HRMax the same as in garmin user setting) and it should work the same way... :)

Heart Rate Reserve (HRR) is the difference between your Maximum Heart Rate (HRmax) and Resting Heart Rate (HRrest). Exercise intensity can be evaluated by calculating your heart rate as a percentage of HRR. The calculation to work out %HRR is (HRex – HRrest)/(HRmax – HRrest), where HRex is the exercise Heart Rate. So a HRmax of 180, a HRrest of 40 and HRex of 140 would be (140 – 40)/(180 – 40), which is 71%. Using %HRR is better than a percentage of HRmax, as it reflects the relative intensity more accurately. For example, if two athletes both have a HRmax of 180, but one has a HRrest of 40 and the other 70, at a HR of 140 they would both have the same %HRmax, but one is at 64 %HRR and the other is at 71 %HRR. However, for HRR to be of value, you have to test your HRmax, as it cannot be calculated. Most Heart Rate Monitors will display your %HRR if you input your HRmax and HRrest.

Sorry, where i can find this app in the system!? In A Fenix HR3 is not showing. Syncing was done. In a Connect its shown. Please help!

Very good, would be better if zones 4 and 5 had more distinctive colours - on my 820 the two reds are almost the same.

Buena idea! Salvo que no consigo configurar las HR Zones, ya que en el garmin express no aparece en aplicaciones y no encuentro la manera de poder configurarlo! Si alguien sabe como configurarlas se lo agradezco de antemano. Un saludo

Vielen Dank! Funktioniert super auf dem EDGE 1000. Bestes Add-On für die EDGE-Serie. Ich kannte die Anzeige schon von der Forerunner 620.

Installée sur mon Garmin 520. Application bien faite et très pratique.On pourrait encore l'améliorer en permettant d'afficher 2 champs libre en haut de l'écran.(Droite et gauche) Je vais voir avec le dev.

Excellent datafield for heart rate zones. Works OK in split screen (shared screen with any other datafield, works fantastic when whole screen is dedicated (setup as one datafield)

I have been using this Data Field on my Edge 520 for the last several weeks and about 500 miles of road and mountain bike riding. Its very well designed and functional, its becoming my go-to Data Screen for hard efforts -- really like the graphical indication of current HR, zone and the summary. Really nice Data Field, kudos to the developer!

No se puede configurar el üMAX sino üHRR y no me aclaro con esas zonas. Si el desarrollador implementará esto sería genial. Funcionando en un Garmin 1000.

Why use %HHR for Zones 1-5? Doesn't make sense. Just use % of max HR.

Funciona muy bien con el Garmin 1000, puedes tener una pantalla configurada para las distintas zonas cardíacas, muy útil para no pasarse con la intensidad de los entrenamientos.
