This is a data field focused on climbing. In ONE field (I like to make this a full-width field, one of five on my screen), it shows ELEVATION, TOTAL ASCENT, GRADE and VAM.

So it replaces four fields or data points in one field (or two half-width fields).
v8.8 - Elevation was always showing meters... fixed so it adapts to feet or meters

v8.6 - added 3 labels under the GRADE to indicate "flat road" overrides to generate GRADE = 0.0%. I may remove these, mostly for live testing.

v5.0 - MAJOR improvement in the GRADE and VAM calculation. VAM is now always in Metric (meters/hour) as that is standard.

v4.1 - fixed a bug in the slope calcultion

It would be very interesting to be able to choose speed and cadence instead of altitude and total up

Nice datafield but does not work on my Edge 520 plus...it is displayed correctly once installed but when I start a ride the fields disappear and are replaced by the IQ? symbol...

Nice datafield with all the data you need when struggling on a slope. I can see some improvements though. Like already said, in nightmodus, a white font is preferred. Also, the outline is not usefull. In settings there should be the possibility to switch it off. The Garmin theme already divides the Fields. On the other hand it would be nice if the innerlines matches the colour chosen in the activity profile. Some minor luxury thingies. Other than that, keep it up! Great datafield. It's sits there in screen one on my Edge 830.

Thought I already gave a comment on the App, but the comment seems to be gone? Anyway, in dark mode, there should be a white Font option for better contrast, and the Logo in the middle of the 4 fields distracts and is too big. Else good Field with a nice overview of all relevarted thing.
