Hit the LAP button to toggle between INTERVAL and RECOVERY. During your interval, you'll see how your power is tracking against your pre-set upper/lower thresholds. You'll see your HR, and distance and time for the interval, as well as your average and current power. And you'll see how much time (percentage) you spent over and under your thresholds. During recovery, you'll see your distance and time and HR and your percent recovery time as compared to your prior interval (some people like to limit recovery time to, say, 50% of their interval time). The little dots represent the overall average power (Orange) and the average power for the prior 3 active intervals (Black).

v4.9 - updated with latest SDK

v4.6 - changed the night color to light blue (to match the day color of dark blue)

v4.4: compiled with the latest SDK

v4.3: removed support for small memory devices, unfortunately. like the vivoactive, edge 520, base versions of fenix 5/6, etc

v2.6: added little black rectangles to indicate the last two avg lap power values - so you can compare your current lap to recent laps (intervals, segments)

Used for the first time today on Edge 530. Did 6x5min sweet spot training at 88-93% of my FTP, smoothing of 10 sec. Focusing on staying in the right range, by using such a graphic representation, made it more enjoyable than simply staring at a number. Very nice app, thank you!
