This widget displays your parkrun id, barcode / QR code, name and emergency contact details (ICE) to allow for scanning after a parkrun. *** Now with ability to display 6 additional ids *** See below.</p><p></p><p>If you like this and wish to buy me a coffee for my efforts, you can do so here: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/gasteropod </p><p></p><p>The barcode is scaled as large as possible for each device and parkrun id. It may seem small on some watches, but it should scan well in daylight. The smallest line of the barcode is just one pixel wide so it cannot be scaled larger as this would require doubling in size which would not fit. </p>
Change log:</p><p></p><p>2.2 - Add support for MARQ (Gen 2). </p><p></p><p>2.1 - Prevent access to the QR code page when id not entered into the settings.</p><p></p><p>2.0 - Add ability to store and display up to 6 additional parkrun ids (see description for details). Add parkrun id number to QR code screen for all screen shapes. Improve parkrun id validation by removing spaces. Prevent my parkrun id being used by other people. So far, I've done parkruns in Poland, New Zealand and Ireland without ever leaving the country!</p>

Thank you! I was at a wet parkrun today trying to keep a paper barcode dry, when the organiser showed me this app on his Garmin, I was dubious because mine is a few years old Forerunner 935, but I just downloaded and it works a treat, I think the QR code is a great idea because it's so much bigger to scan.

Works perfectly! Fenix 6x screen is big enough that it scans easily

Brilliant app. QR code is accepted as a barcode. When I first used the app, I attempted to get various people to scan the tiny barcode on the main app screen which worked but had a high failure rate (1 in 5 phones). I didn't realise they accepted the QR code as it isn't stated on ParkRun and technically is not a barcode. Since learning they accepted the QR code, I've had no issues at all.

Really good, work's perfectly. if I could suggest anything it is that you could choose to invert the image on the watch to make it easier for the scanners, rather than stretching my arm out.

The dev made this for free and it's worked well for me at my local parkrun, the volunteer found it a surprise and it worked! Recommend if you don't want to carry your phone or barcode.

Great to be able to not have to remember the paper barcode. Scans easily when on the QR code screen. Nice one
