The Interval Training App Professional 2 focuses on interval training and shows you key parameters like interval info, speed, pace, distance, etc. with high sensitivity GPS. Additionally an ANT+™ compatible sensor for heart rate, cadence, speed and food pod monitoring is supported. It is designed as as watch app (and not a data field or widget).</p><p></p><p>An Interval Training App Professional 1 is available with a similar feature set. The main reason behind that is that you can have different interval user settings in both apps in order to avoid complex reconfiguration all the time. App works well and does exactly what I want it to do. It's nice to be able to modify the settings directly from your phone. Adding this functionality from within the watch would make it "great".

Not very happy with this now. I've been trying to contact the developer about an issue but have zero response. The app allows you to disable a function but after syncing with the watch it get enabled again. I sent 2 messages from Garmin connect and one through their website site. I have had no communications. I like the data fields and the options but their support of the app is lacking. At this point I'm not inclined to donate my 5 dollars for premium version.
