Although during my tests I was always passing the GPS start point within a circle of a radius of 2m both with 4.0 and the previous version of LbP, in spite of the failure of the latter, the new version worked during each of my test independently from my moving speed (walk or run).

The older versions worked for me on my Fenix 3. I mean, back in 2018-2019. I swapped to Fenix 5 plus in January, but I used this datafield only last week for the first time with F5+. Visually it seems to work, no collapse and that sort of things, but it never and never detects any autolap when I pass the start position. If I push lap button manually, it works, lap is counted etc. I made exhaustive tests even checking the map on my F5+ with a zoom of 5m, and even if after a walk of 100 m I am again spot on the green start mark, nothing happens. Before asking me why I had not contacted the developer first instead of giving a bad review, I disclose I had done it. Actually it was 5 days ago.

Cuando vea los resultados en la app en el tlf, podré ver el tiempo por cada vuelta? Y la velocidad?

Works great for me. Thanks. I tried it on a standard 400m oval using a Forerunner945 device and everything worked as expected/described.

For. 945: Tried twice, first time (running) it marked the lap something like 100m in advance the initial point (but then it was consistent), 2nd time I used with the bike and no way to have a lap marked..

New to Garmin and bought a Forerunner 235. It seems like a great product and was excited to use this data field. But after uploading , setting up the single field layout screen, and taking a few laps around the block on my mountain bike to test, it would not trigger a lap after passing the starting point. I tried it a few times. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated!

HI, downloaded this app a few days back, to help count laps while self-isolated and having to run laps of the garden. Initially worked fine, but now the lapping point keeps shifting during the run. my route is a lollypop, so start at the bottom of the stick, run up (the drive), then clockwise round the back garden and back down the drive to the starting point. As I understand it, the lap counter should increment at the point where the run started ie the bottom of the drive, but the last few runs it has been incrementing at the 9 o'clock position of the loop. Occasionally it would then jump to lapping at 5 0'clock position of the loop. Very strange! I have tried uninstalling the data field, restarting the watch, and reinstalling, but doesn't make any difference. Can you offer and advice on why this might be happening, and how to fix it? Thanks Ian

This 40m rule to continue after lap is not very usufull. I like to have information on every lap, also the one I like to take break. If the lap is allowed to skii on one direction this is too hard to use.

Very usefull when running in track. My suggestions: - Remove "Last Lap Distance". when using this data filed I run on a track so I know exactly how long is each lap. - Total time and Average Lap time would be more usefull information.

Cubre una carencia de los GARMIN modernos. Debería avisar con un pitido ,y una vibración, que se ha completado la vuelta, y mostrar una ventana emergente con el tiempo que se ha tardado en completarla.

App do not store lap info in .fit file so Garmin connect do not see laps. Make app with more cycling fields like cadence, speed, avg speed, hr ... Etc
