This app helps in pacing these race and to synchronize the distance at the mileage boards (even though the mileage boards are placed in "reverse") . </p>

Thanks for your review Roy. The app also has helped me a lot to pace with comfort in the Eindhoven marathon. I initially thought Eindhoven was the only marathon with the board signs counting downwards, but apparently this is also the case for the Comrades marathon in South Africa. Cheers, Peter.
