I really want to like this but the period tracking only works well if you have a super predictable and regular cycle. If anything is off then forget it. It would also be great if there were different recommendations or insights each day instead of the whole phase. Same with pregnancy tracking, it’s one insight the whole week and doesn’t give you much more than that. Also it doesn’t track whole weeks, eg. it’ll say 6 weeks 7 days instead of just 7 weeks and it’s driving me nuts who programmed that really.

According to my watch it’s day 1 today bit in reality it isn’t. I can’t adjust it on my phone, i have to go into the app and remove the menstruation on today. It automatically moves it up one day but who knows when my period will be? It’s very unpractical this way

Why is there a different app for different watches? My Instinct 2 has an app called "menstrual cycle tracking" made by Garmin as well. Calling it "women's health," and putting a gender symbol that you have to see on your watch constantly isn't inclusive. Why would you do that? The other app is fine. Changing the icon and name of the app for Forerunner is a backwards decision.

Extremely happy with the app. I would only wish that they had better options to document how I feel when I'm not on my cycle.

It's ok but could be way better. The app only lets you select a very limited number of symptoms and there is no option to indicate how strong those symptoms are (except for bleeding, although I think 5 nuances would be more suitable than 3). The app also lacks a few other features that many phone apps for women's health have.

The application is very intuitive. What is missing is the export of data to a pdf or txt file along with the possibility to send by email.

Would love the future functionality to share my cycle with my husband. As a man his app does not even allow him to use it. I would at least have liked to manually enter my data on his Garmin watch. That should be changed too, especially to be inclusive of trangender people.

For 3 weeks now, I haven't been able to connect the App with my Fenix 7S. Everything is installed properly in the Connect and Connect IQ App, but I always get the failure Message on my watch: "please install the App in Connect IQ". Very dissatisfactory as I want to use this App. This happened over night without having changed anything in between.

I have no drama with this app on my venu 2 plus. Works well. The only thing I wish is for it to show the next predicted period and calendar on my watch, not just in the app on my phone
