Bisher ganz gut, seit neuestem habe ich auch den Bug, dass Aktivitäten wenn sie über Komoot gestartet wurden nicht mehr gestoppt werden können...

Schöne Idee. Leider scheitert es an der Umsetzung. Das Übertragen der geplanten Touren dauert ewig und funktioniert bei mir auch nur über Bluetooth und nicht bis WLAN. (GPSMAP 66s) Noch dazu kommt das Problem, dass die Verbindung hierbei häufiger abbricht und man es mehrfach probieren muss.

Die App bringt auf meinem GPSMAP 66 dauernd Verbindungsfehler kein Download möglich nur Offline möglich. Ich habe die App neu installiert und die Verbindung neu hergestellt dennoch funktioniert es nicht. Warum ist die App inzwischen so unzuverlässig?

"Please check if you can get the version 2.6 for the Garmin komoot App, this should fix the issue with the connection." Yes, it works now. Nice that my planned route goes from my laptop to my phone to my Garmin, without the need to first download the gpx file and then upload it with Garmin Express. Still a bit cumbersome thoiugh: Why open the link in a browser, when I have the app installed on my iPhone? Why the confirmation code, since the Garmin is already connected to my iPhone as standard? Just a button in the app "send to device" would be nice. Cheers

Updated the app + FW on my Edge 850 - now I can't connect anymore. All I get is a message which says I'm "offline". Tried with wifi and via bluetooth of my Iphone

Once I solved the pairing issue (turn off Wi-fi on the garmin edge 1030 at first integration) it is fabulous. Works well, cost effective for world maps, transfers very straight forward. Very pleased all around.

Mit dem nachfolgenden Fehler und der nicht stattfinden Fehlerbeseitigung seit Herbst 2020 gehört das Garmin Edge 1030 aus der Kompatibilitätsliste gestrichen!!! Bis zum Garmin Update auf Version11.0 eine klasse App. Seit der neuen Version für das Edge 1030 völlig unbrauchbar, da sich der Timer nicht mehr stoppen lässt und die Tour daher nicht abgespeichert werden kann. Weiter kann das Edge 1030 nur noch per "warm reset" ausgeschaltet werden. Diesen Fehler habe ich bereits im Herbst gemeldet. Auch nach dem Aufspielen von Garmin Version 11.10 und einer Neuinstallation existiert der Fehler. Schade um das gekaufte Kartenpaket. Abolut enttäuschent.

The app is basically useless. On the cellphone version, at least, when a friend send me a link to a Komoot track, I can visualize it on screen. I have to purchase a map only if I want the navigation option. But on Garmin, there is no option to "view only", so that I can't open tracks if I don't have a subscription. Thanks a lot, but I've already spent 500e on my Edge1030+ to navigate, no way I'll spend more for a Kommot integration.

Shocking. Downloaded the app to my new Garmin 830. Just asks me to enter a code and there’s nowhere I can do this. The garmin is connected to my komoot account but still nothing working. Awful.

The Komoot for Garmin IQ app works well with the iPhone version of Komoot and is a better way of transferring routes onto my GPSMAP66i than the Garmin apps. Well done.

Fantastische App! Funktioniert auf der Forerunner 945 tadellos. Lediglich der Richtungspfeil ist während der Navigation nur sporadisch vorhanden. Wenn dies konstanter wäre, wäre es wirklich perfekt.

Die Navigation auf meiner Forerunner 245 funktioniert nicht mehr... Schade... fand ich vorher super! Muss unbedingt behoben werden!

Komoot is my favorite iphone app. On my new garmin it's not working at all, prompting I am offline, need to connect BT and retry. Various restarts and new installations didn't work. Any suggestions?

Strecken lassen sich gut erstellen aber ich kann bei meiner 645 nicht joggen auswählen, sondern nur Radfahren oder Cardio. Was mache ich falsch..?

Navigation über die Uhr (Tactix Delta) nicht mehr möglich. Man landet im Garmin Kartenmenü. Bitte dringend beheben!!!

Man bekommt seine Touren aid Garmin. Aber ansonsten ist die App wenig ansprechend. Grade wenn man ne Tour fahren will, die schon etwas länger her ist, ist der Aufwand sehr groß diese aufs Gerät zu laden. Da würde ich mir wünschen wenn man auf dem Handy/Website „ans Garmin senden“ klicken kann und die Tour dann direkt in der Garmin-App als erstes erscheint.

Previous review below - *solved* problem via retrying using a trick I saw for similar problem on Ride with GPS. Will only enable pairing of the app WHEN WIFI IS TURNED OFF - it then connects using cellular through the phone and all OK. ------------ Same issue as Gerhard Swart and Witek. Used to work fine (pre needing a code to activate), but a broken mounting tab and a warranty replacement from Garmin means a fresh install. Can’t get beyond the “you’re currently offline” message — both bluetooth connections active and sync via Garmin Connect Mobile possible, so clearly nonsense…. Given up.
