This datafield displays the metabolic equivalent of an activity, which is the calorie burn rate in units of kcal/kg/h. One MET is 1 kcal/kg/h which is approximately the calorie burn rate at rest. Your weight must be set in your Garmin watch user profile settings for this to be calculated. I created this because existing widgets to display this in the IQ Store did not support the device I needed.</p>
