Unfortunately the Synchronisation doesn‘t works. Although I have also install the widget of ikigai. The watch is connected to the App and the phone is connected to the Internet (wlan) But it is still Not possible to synchronise the ikigai. The Message „connection failure“ come always

"Loading..." since 2 hours now... I give up (Forerunner 645). I reinstalled the widget too in case... and now the widget cannot connect either...

Hi Clair, your watch have to be connected to your phone. And your phone has to be connected to Internet to make it works... Feel free to contact our support for more questions ([email protected]).

L'écran ne se met plus à jour depuis 3 semaines... j'ai desinstallé et réinstallé L'écran et le widget... et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Forerunner 645.

it was fun but I had to reinstall and now no pet it keep saying 5 minutes till 1 minutes to load your ikigai and then it start over I already send message to the facebook page but after a week stil no response so I uninstalled it even the widget I reinstalled to see if that worked but it does not show the pet on the wachface so I uninstalled both sad because I liked it but looking at a phone sort of thingy telling me it is loading and after even a day still no pet this is not fun writing an recensie that is not good but I have asked on facebook but normaly I know I had had awnser real fast last time but this time nothing totally nothing

Hi please upgrade the watchface step count display format. for eg 15236 display as 1.5k. if not the pokemon image too big will overlap the wording.
