This App is only one of a few Apps that appear in your Garmin Connect Charts section for your workout. Well done to the developer for doing this, as I bet that was not an easy thing to design. So why I have given 5*'s is that I got it working by having IQ Stride Length Field as one of your Data Fields for an activity and kept an eye on it during my run. Then after the run the Stride Length data appears in your Garmin Connect Charts Section. The first I noticed was G Factor which threw me at first. I feel that its accuracy is a little (calculated) however given it is free, I roughly know my Stride Length having measured it etc properly at given paces over a period of time. However I find it good enough to vaguely compare Stride Length to the elevation data to hills, pace and heart rate data, if you can keep your Stride Length say during a slight hill, that will yield good overall speed and you can compare to heart rate to see impact on fitness. Also given it shows throughout the whole session, it also really shows up fatigue or poor form. So you can give yourself a SLAP (if you need to), if you are not keeping on top of your Form during a longer session. You will have to be a geek and learn what your stride length is for a given pace with good form & then simply monitor it from time to time during your run, perhaps on a lap point. I would like to see more useful Apps like this on Garmin Connect instead of watch faces etc.

For interpretation: ¿does the G factor monitor better performance? ¿Does the battery consumption of the watch increase?
