I do not understand why this version is obsolete. The other version is a bit more user friendly in adding a code but you are sharing personal details such as covid QR codes through an external website. I would much rather prefer to keep this kind of information stored on my watch locally. So I was happy to find this obsolete version, however all QR codes I generate are displayed very small on my watch, less then 25% of the screen is used, making the app useless because the code is too small too scan. I saw there are size and height parameters in the app but the Github page does not explain how to use these values. It took me quite a while to figure out which values to use to get the code bigger since there seems to be no obvious logic about these values (either percentages or pixels). Also I would like to get the paid version since apperently the free version can only store 1 code in offline mode but there is not a clear explanation to buy this, the description speaks of a token but there is no token field in the settings menu. Also there is no explaination about how to show regular barcodes, I assume you have to change the QR code field in some other format field but again it is not obvious which values you can use and which values are supported. I think it is a shame the documentation of this app vague because otherwise it would be easily worth 5 stars and a donation to the developer. Because I tested a lot of QR apps and most do not seem to work well. This one does work great but it is a hassle to find out all the correct values on your own.

you are totally right but I don't have time to maintain this app. I have developed both app in my free time for my personal use and I'm glad some other users like it. This one was originally not using a token. In order to fix some issue I had to develop another interface to configure QR codes. But doing this, I had to find a way to synchronize codes (that's why I introduce a token). But having an app that can be configured in two different ways was confusing. I prefer split the app in two different app (and I forgot to update correctly the description of this app). This one like my original idea can be configured without a token and the other that have more features but requires a token. I'm surprised that large QR codes like covid certificates are working with this app and it's quite odd the you can't have more that one offline code with this app, I wanted to remove a maximum of restriction on this app. If you like this app, the best way to thank me is to participate in the development of it (like writing some documentation). Of course, I can help you by answering to any questions by email (even if you don't write any documentation). And if you want, I can also give you future tips on this app if you do a great job (but I prefer to warn you, I have not yet received any donation for this app)

I'm a bit surprise it does not work anymore. To help you, the best is to contact me by email using the "contact developer" link and give me more details. But as it is written in the description, this app is no more maintain and I suggest using the Barcode Wallet app.
