It can just tell me the air quality any time 3 hours after I sync my watch. Perfect! :)

Very handy for checking what air quality is like with heat waves and forest fires around. Takes a few moments to refresh when loaded, which isn't the best experience, but overall the best air quality widget I've tried on a Vivoactive 3.
