Useless since it didn't notify me the nap time was over. Lol. Uninstalled. I'll just set a timer on my phone.

Hi Justin, I know it might not be clear in the description, but the timer will not work if your phone screen fully turns off. I'm planning an update using a background timer to fix this. Can you share with me via "Contact Developer" which device you're using?

Very nice. Was unsure how to select different nap times, but learned from the comments here to press and hold the back button once in the app. In there you can also edit the duration of each nap type, which is useful. Here’s hoping that the data from this app can be added to the native Garmin sleep stats.

Love it so far but I was wondering if there was a way to enter a nap after the fact. I forgot to use the app this afternoon and had a nap without thinking but i wanted the nap to show in 'my day' and be able to track my naps.

Great app! Alarm after a set time is fine, but wouldn‘t it be possible to track the sleeper’s movements like the Jawbone Up! wristband did? With the Up! you could just go to sleep and it vibrated when it sensed that you fell into deep sleep (eg like holding some keys in your hand that fall to the ground when you enter the deep sleep phase). Thanks!

Great app! My only feedback; it would be great if their was an option for the alarm vibration to continue until you interacted with the watch. I can see myself sleeping through the limited vibration at the alarm.

[email protected]: using forerunner 245, no option to add tone or vibration. After 15 minutes it displays some text option about how was the nap. It did not wake me up after 15 minutes. I checked for options to enable alert but could not find one.
