EatMyRide Carbohydrate Burn/Intake Balancer helps you to easily manage your nutrition intake during a cycling ride without the need to create a nutrition plan prior to your ride. This data field provides you with real-time insight into your carbohydrate burn rates, intake rates and glycogen depletion. Whenever you consume a nutrition product you can select it in this data field so that your intake rate and glycogen depletion is updated. You will see that your burn rates can vary substantially over rides and so does your nutrition intake need. You need EatMyRide mobile app so that your personal carbohydrate burn rates are used. Here you can also select which nutrition products you want to use on this Data Field. Without choosing you will get generic products. </p>

Gute Idee überwiegend gut umgesetzt. Bei der Planung von Touren sind die Möglichkeiten eingeschränkt und führen zu unplausiblen Ergebnissen. GPS-Dateien konnte ich überhaupt nicht wie vorgesehen verwenden. Bei der manuellen Planung ist die kleinstmögliche Geschwindigkeit 15KM/h. Für eine anspruchsvolle Mountainbike-Tour mit vielen Höhenmetern ergibt sich bei einer Planung im Grundlagenpuls eine völlig unrealistische Planung, die auch mit der erfassten FTP nicht passt. Schade, App gelöscht.

Problems signing in on my Garmin Edge 830, I have the data screen and have tried it many times. After 20 seconds my Connect IQ App will say "There was a problem signing you in" Hoping to get it fixed -

Gives you a nice insight in the carbohydrates you burn and consume during your ride. The only preparation required is to check the grams of carbohydrates of the individual snacks that you plan to consume. It helped me to find a good balance between eating enough and not getting problems by eating too much.
