The RunningDF4 1, running on all Connect IQ™ compatible Garmin devices with CIQ 2 or higher, is designed as data field focusing on improving your running performance. It can be added to the different native Garmin applications. The data field shows the current heart rate as colored value and gauge as well as 3 freely configurable additional metrics of your run. As special feature it supports ANT+ power sensors like the Stryd sensor. Compared to our RunningDF7 data fields 1 and 2, this data field is optimized for best possible readability.</p>

Za mě úplně super datové pole. Fungoval jsem asi měsíc na free verzi, teď kupuju premium. Pole má to nejdůležitější co potřebuji přehledně uspořádané a funguje spolehlivě.

Stores nonsense average power value for the activity. Not sure why it stores any data at all but for a run with easy pace 6min/km it says 5.0 watts which you produce just by moving with one finger.

It‘s a shame that such a useful data field isn’t built in. The combination of the different data is all I need on an easy run. (The datafield DF7 is another good option, when you need more information. )No visual toy, just very good readability and usability. Thumbs up!

Thanks for the realy cool Datascreen. For me, its the best one: clear, only the most import files, colour coded hr zone! Although I like the big digits, I think the space between the digits is a bit too small. With a little smaller or less bold digits it would be even better to read.
