Hi Krista, Sorry you are having a problem, the most common unlock problems are not using the purchase email, not using Connect Mobile app or a typo. Sometimes the configuration information does not save the first time after a new install or update. Restart your watch and verify if the information is entered correctly. I emailed you directly and if that helps please consider changing your review. if does not, please reply so we can get you up and boxing. Thanks, Brian.

It seems not to be working well with the HRM pro chest strap. After 1 hour hard karate training it has shown 114 kcal burned. It's not true....devs should it work with HRM or not?

Seems good. Measures the nature of punches inaccurately. However, it's an affordable alternative to dedicated devices. It would be good to know which units are used to measure the punching force? Also, would be good to have punch velocity.

I have been using this app in my boxing classes for about a week so far and overall I think it's great. The only complaint I have is that I wish I could specify my stance and which arm I wear this on. I'm a southpaw and wear my watch on my left arm (I know most lefties wear watches on their right but this is more comfortable for me) and I think it might be estimating my punch count incorrectly as a result. It keeps saying I do more cross punches than jabs and that's definitely not true. I'd love to see this feature added to bring my review up to 5 stars.

Most of us have more than one garmin watch lying around. What would be amazing is if somehow we can wear one watch in each hand to track both left and right punches. Or if vertical data from running pod / HRM straps could be used to track kicking. That would be fun!

I just tried it once, even if I enjoyed the datas, its really annoying that it keeps stopping. A lock button would be a good add-on. Also, it just saved 10 min of the workout.

Since no other boxing/kickboxing app is available this is a decent app. I would request the developer to add comparison chart like the “insights” on Garmin watches which compares sleep, exercises and other activities to the other users in the garment community. Please also add mini graph on the punch rate and the punches per minute
