Top field
* Heart rate graph in the last 4 hours. Each column displays a range in selected 5 minutes.
* White columns = most of the HR samples were in this range
* Gray columns = a sample was more than 10 beats outside of the white range
* Short columns = your heart rate is stable and you are calm. Tall columns = you are stressed and your heart rate is oscilating.
* Blue range = your resting zone, based on the last sport selected. Black range: your aerobic zone. Red range: your anaerobic and a threshold / red zone.

Middle field
* Elevation history in the last 4 hours, one sample is measured every 2 minutes
* Range from the bottom to the top = change of 100 meters or more (approx. 330 feet)
* Light green = ascending, Dark green = descending from the hill

Bottom field
* Relative temperature change of your hand, one sample is measured every 4 minutes
* From the brown to full white color = change of 10 or more degrees Celsius / Kelvin (approx. 18 Fahrenheit)
