With the EatMyRide Cycling Nutrition Widget you can easily get your nutrition plan for your bike rides on your Garmin. It is very simple: create your nutrition plan in the EatMyRide mobile app, send the plan to your Garmin and get eat and drink reminders during your ride. With the personalized nutrition and drink plan and the nutrition and drink alerts you make sure you always take enough carbohydrates while cycling.</p>
