Beautiful face, downloaded it, PAID for a package, then downloaded another face, and BOTH disappeared and irretrievable, despite numerous efforts and emails. A frustration because you have to download it everytime, it doesn’t sit in your Garmin library for reuse. I cannot even see it in my Garmin library OR re download it as they proclaim you can do!
